Jeff Mills
Principal
An award winning design and production professional with thirty years exhibit experience dedicated to providing innovative solutions to design challenges while delivering superior project management and client service. Jeff began providing design and fabrication services in 2010 and has continued to expand his skillset and team. Jeff has presented on innovation and the use of technology in exhibitions for the American Association for State and Local History, Association of Midwest Museums and the Chicago Museum Exhibitors Group.
Tricia O'Connor
Exhibit Developer
An exhibit developer and educator with twenty years experience creating engaging exhibits, labels and activities for families and adults. Tricia honed her skills at the Eiteljorg Museum of American Indians and Western Art and The Children’s Museum of Indianapolis before founding Water’s Edge Consulting in 2012. She received the 2023 Distinguished Career Award from the Association of Midwest Museums, and her exhibits have won multiple awards, from the AASLH Award of Excellence to AAM’s Gold Muse Award.
Tabitha Cravens
Designer
A driven, disciplined designer who draws inspiration from unique project challenges to consistently deliver fresh and innovative exhibit design solutions. Tabitha’s proven track record of providing accurate and inspired work under tight deadlines makes her a key team member.
